Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of professional services provided by the no-code and complex app development business ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

  • No-code and low-code app development
  • Custom workflow automation
  • API integration (e.g., with payment gateways, third-party platforms)
  • App optimization and scalability
  • Maintenance and support services

Each project will be governed by a separate proposal or contract outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, ensuring legal rights to all shared data, and reviewing the delivered product in a timely manner.

4. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may rely on third-party services or platforms. We are not responsible for any disruptions or limitations caused by these services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom code and logic created for the client are transferred to the client upon full payment. Reusable components or templates remain the property of the developer.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be milestone-based or one-time, as agreed in the project proposal. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions and mutual agreement.

7. Confidentiality

All shared business data, strategies, and project details will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without permission.

8. Service Delivery

We strive for timely delivery, but are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or third-party service outages. Support is provided post-launch as per the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business losses, data loss from third-party services, or unauthorized access due to client-side vulnerabilities. Our liability is limited to the total service fee paid.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client is liable for payment for all completed work and approved milestones.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable local laws as stated in the client-developer agreement.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via website or email notification.
